Rattonja is the base language of the Ratfolk of Animundi, the Ratton. It is another form of the Ysoki language, and shares many similarities. Some even trace the roots down to the point of minute dialectic differences due to region, world, and different cultural background. This in spite of the Ratton being one of the original Ancestries of Animundi, rather than coming from other worlds via planar Rifts.
The key difference, between both Ysoki and even other common ratfolk languages, is that Rattonja shortens many symbols and words while retaining their complexity and deeper meaning. It leads to a form of language many would call 'technobabble' due to many of the intricacies that are found once Rattonja is fully translated.
