In Defense Mode

You can summon, or use, your conjured allies to your benefit, defending you from harm. Added Arcanum: Shielding Ward is added to your Spell Library or your Spell Repertoire. It is always prepared/known to you. Passive Effect: By using an Action / ◈ or your Reaction | ⮌, your Familiar or similar conjured entities (such as a Phantasm) rushes to your aid, shielding you. You gain a bonus to your Armor Class / AC equal to your Half-Proficiency until the start of your next turn. When you use this talent this way, you may have your conjured entity instantly teleport to you, occupying the same space you do. Additionally, as long as you have a familiar or conjured entity active, you automatically gain the benefits of Defense Position | ▼ before combat.
