Elemental Jets

Using magic and other honed, sportslike skills, you know how to sling a jet of elemental force.

You become trained in Rays, if you are not already. Your ray attacks can scale off your appropriate classes' casting attribute.

Additionally, you can spend an Action | ◈ to summon an orb of elemental energy from thin air, picking one damage type between Acid⚙️, Cold, Fire, or Lightning⚙️.

The orb itself is made of the element you picked, and can be used to shoot beams at a creature within 30 ft as part of an Attack or Spell Attack. If the beam hits, it deals 1d6 damage of the assigned type + your attack's attribute. You can get the same effect by throwing the orb itself.

The Orb lasts until you finish a Swift Rest. During that duration, it will return to you instantly once thrown or used as part of a spell, as if it had the Returning⚙️ trait.
