Ancestry Talents

Bugbear Origin

Bugbears posses a supernatural strength that grants them the ability to strike enemies hard or put the fear of the fey into their minds.

Strength based non-combat d20 rolls that use your Strength, Dexterity, or Charisma all gain a bonus dice (base d4). Additionally, you deal an additional 1d8 damage to enemies with your attacks, as long as those enemies have the Off-Guard or Prone conditions.

This Talent cannot be swapped.

Squash and Stretch

Despite being so large and sturdy, your form is able to contort as needed. It's not known if this is magical or supernatural, though your form always snaps back instantly afterward.

Melee attacks on your turn gain 5 ft of reach as long as you are not Prone. You can also move through and stop in spaces and places meant for creatures who are Small, allowing you to move through ally or enemy spaces without unconcious hindrance.

Large Build

You are particularly large, allowing you to carry more than others.

You count as one size category larger for the sake of determining carry weight and factors like pushing, dragging, and Grappling.

Heritage Choice

You may pick a heritage. You gain everything listed from such.
