Tlalor
These remain in Andromeda, only interacting with the Gethans at irregular intervals, and on their own time.In Andromeda, in the beginning, was the galaxy-spanning empire of the Tlalor.
Started like most, one planet at a time, but quickly spreading to others through technological advantage, and advanced medical technology and robotic warfare meaning they had immense military might.
However, internal dissent soon devolved to internecine warfare, massively powerful warlords fighting over the spoils of war. These Tlalor: Phnom Veilar, Ubindi Rakas and Wajakamal Kundalini, each broke off and created their own splinter of the Tlalorian civilisation. Each splinter: Hemolef, Vrinti and "True" Tlalor, kept some aspects of its parent, but discarded others. Overtime, Vrinti devolved into a dark mirror of the Ooogla, brutish, uncreative unstoppable monstrosities, their bones exposed in their desire to stop being dominated by "flesh". While the Hemolef developed a great hunger for blood of sentient species. The "True" Tlalor instead became more machine than man, replacing biological organs and components with technology, in pursuit of immortality. Their dark basalt monuments lit by lava-red light visually impressive.
