Jongyan
Jongyan ( JOHNG-yahn) are the native species of Nampyeon, north-eastern Frasfu. They are the dominant species in areas of Pyeonic tradition, but have found their way to the rest of the world. This means that their physical appearence is also quite diverse, as their originally pale skins have darkened for the southern ethnicities.
Many jongyan living outside of the Pyeonic territories (mainly Nampyeon and Yeoheung) are probably descendants of the priests who first expanded the religion, as well as the Faithful Knights. It's been so long since then, that jongyan are no longer regarded as foreigners anywhere on the world.
Appearance
At 1.50 m tall, jongyan are shorter than the average height among all species. Their bodies are strong and sturdy, prepared to withstand the cold weather of their homeland.Coloration
Skin
The skin of a jongyan is thick and more rigid than most other species. It usually has very pale tones in the north and darker ones for the southern ethnicities.

I've noticed that for most species, beards are considered masculine. But apparently, most jongyan consider them to be feminine, which makes sense based on the fact that they also find long hair feminine. Not that I'm interested in studying this gender concept again, but I suppose it could be handy for future holders of this journal.
History
Jongyan come from the north-eastern regions of Frasfu, nowadays controlled by the Theocracy of Nampyeon. During the first two centuries of the Era of the Gods, Nampyeon expanded its religion to the whole world. And with religion came a culture and its people. Many jongyan living outside of the Pyeonic territories (mainly Nampyeon and Yeoheung) are probably descendants of the priests who first expanded the religion, as well as the Faithful Knights. Interesting species context. What happens to this species when they go to equatorial places? It seems to me like they have zero melanin or other pigments! PS: Your stats are in catalan, but also inside of "History". May be worth giving them their own section of just making a statblock.
Good point, I actually hadn't thought about this part! I'll add a note to my after-WorldEmber notebook and I'll probably make it so that there's at least another ethnicity with darker skins. The stats were a small typo. They were supposed to be visible to my players only (and inside a special container). It's fixed now. Thanks for the comment! :D
