Kingdom of Iscobal
Known mostly for their large merchant fleet and navy. Most ship captains hail from Iscobal, and they also have some colonies over in the Refuge Islands. It has the second largest population of any Kingdom.

Lord High Sovereign (Queen Kara Marsk) Has most of the power in the KingdomIs the seat of the royal family
Lord High Steward (Lord Tara Fonte): general advisor to the council & Royal family, usually acts as the representative of the council in foreign meetings, also deals with things like art, patronage and making the public happy
Lord High Admiral (Admiral Lander Stormwind)
Lord High Treasurer (Duke Randal Greycastle)
Lord High Intelligencer (Admiral Anton Marsk) in charge of the navy's spy network
Lord High Chancellor (Count Ivan Rein) creates new laws, decides how long sentences for certain laws will be, grants licenses for merchants, guilds, etc
Lord High Commander (Commander Sigurd Rasmusson) city guards & land forcers, directly in charge of the Doncaster City Guard
The seat of the royal family and the council is Alnor Keep. It overlooks the navy’s main harbor and contains the residences for the royal family and the council (the ones that decide to live there). The King/Queen appoints the member of the council. In the case of the Admiral and Intelligencer, the next in line takes over. The King/Queen can appoint new members whenever they want to.
