Rhybuddiwch Allfast
One of the last Valurian watch towers (allfasts) to succumb while defending against the invasion of giants from the northeast. Although Valuria eventually triumphed over the giants after three years of war, it was a bitter victory, with many terrible losses.
The lower Valuria River valley relied on the vigilance of Rhybuddiwch Allfast, particularly the nearby village of Glynnagh. The men stationed at the allfast knew the weight of their oath and stopped the monsters' advance but, in so doing, gave their last, full measure of devotion.
After the war, the heroes were interred at Dol Valúr with the love and honor of a grateful, if grieving kingdom. Rhybuddiwch Allfast was preserved as a memorial and a new allfast was built two hills over, where it could keep one watchful eye on the valley, and another on its heroic predecessor.
