Jaerm'n Rathlore

Eledánni wizard of the Third Age. Jaerm'n is a direct descendant of Maximilian Rathlore and, thus, is not a 100% full-blooded elf. However, but for that one human ancestor, his remaining pedigree is elven.
Jaerm'n Rathlore is a powerful arch-mage and a longtime advisor to the Calizan throne. He holds the title of Count and is the Earl of Túmgûl, though he does not formally use the title except when expected to do so in court.
He has set himself against the return of Baugoth from beyond the Walls of Aaroth and the Gates of Night, and is the direct patron of the Strangers, whom he gathered in late TA 3186 to help in that struggle.
