Purpose / Function
Terris burg is home to those displaced from their worlds. Every intelegent being devotes all of their time to learning the myserious nature of the realm, and how to connect to others... since if everyone got here, there has to be a way out.
Over a hunderd years of research went into the portal project, and failure after failure, finally produced results.
The first world they connected to is Mystara.
Architecture
The portal is a stone archway that is formed from the materials surrounding the area it's connnected too. The archway is usually made of granite and cobble, but depending on the location, it's opposite side my look different.
The reason for this, is the portal raises up from the ground, and takes the proper shape as needed once the connection is established. Portal researchers can change the connection location, but once a connection is established, the exit portal will remain untill demolished.

History
The Terris Burg portal is housed in the central park of Terris.
