K'hala Swamps

Low lying, flat, wide area of land that used to include the mouth of a large river. The land is covered in plants adapted to the wet environment but few useful to arcanists and botanists. The plants wither and decay when outside the swamps, even poutices and brews lose their flavor and potency. That hasn't stopped researchers from Coral Gate, Auguston Citadel, and Etonia from visiting ancient ruins buried in the swamp. The lizardfolk of the region have prevented widespread plundering but also make caravan travel more difficult. The swamps are south of the Anhult Woodlands and Etonia .
