Headquarters Hall
A plain hall serving no purpose might seem wssteful when thinking about space but that means only means this room is versatile and adaptable to any purpose.
It is empty to ensure that the Collective Congress of Ancient Power or magical organizations after (excluding the Great Christmas Parliament) are able to use this at a moments' notice.
The hall can be used as a warehouse and/or a hanger/runway combo for animal-pulled sleighs and carriages. it can also be used as a command center. This would specifically work well in times of war, emergencies, and disasters.
All possibilities are non-permanent. But this means it is easy to switch between uses if need be.
Therefore, this hall is an asset to the Congress. For now, it is empty, sitting until the day when it can be functional and useful once again!
