Tower of Luck
The second largest temple in Waterdeep is dedicated to Tymora, the goddess of luck. The large tower is constantly being improved by many of the wealthy in the city as a way of claiming that Waterdeep is, in fact, the centre of worship. This is contested by the city of Arabel in Cormyr.
The high priestess, Seenroas Halvinhar, is an elf who has held the position for more than a century.
Purpose / Function
For anyone in or near Waterdeep, this is where to go if you wish for better luck. Since this is something many would like, the temple is quite often bustling with visitors. Donations aren't required to get Tymora's attention, but many visitors reason that it doesn't hurt...
Architecture
The tower is not that tall, but there are many ways to approach most rooms so that one might come across what one is looking for, seemingly by pure luck. However, luck is fickle and sometimes sections are closed off to symbolize this.
