Frabbs

The story of the Pied Piper of Hamelin, regardless of his suspected villainy, is about a city overrun by rats and a man who plays a flute and takes them all to their death! Ok, yes, it is a dark tale, but the real Pied Piper was not from Earth! He was born on Eloria and studied to become a veterinarian. Theu van Porbet was a Mage and as a child, had great compassion for all animals except one, you guessed it, the Frabb.
Very similar to Earth’s Rat, these small critters have three tails instead of one. The middle tail is a rigid weapon, used to attack in defense and renders the victim incapable of moving for at least 2 hours. Think of them like a stun gun, but on 4 legs!
Theu tried many spells to get rid of them but none of them worked. One day he partnered with a female Mage only known as Corith. Their love affair was known throughout Eloria and they were both the symbols of "magical love"!
Together, they created an instrument that made a very low-frequency sound only the Frabb could hear. They used this magical instrument to lure many Frabbs away from the cities and leave them far far away. Unfortunately, it was on one winter's day, that they realized a fateful error - the spell lasted only 5 hours. On this day, the Frabbs realized that the spell had dissipated and their lives were in danger. They swiftly turned on the lovers and the rest is history.
