Northmount (NORTH-MOWNT)

When Princess Nura Basaran was sent to Buern, it was less of a political move and more of a "get rid of this problematic child" move. Nura married into House Nash and so the modern rulers of Northmount are directly descended from the former Princess of Fainarr herself. Princess Nura and her descendants were large proponents of degloving as a form of punishment for criminals, especially thieves. This barbaric act still prevails in the city today.
