The statue commemorating those that lost their lives during the outbreak has been desecrated! Over the last week any tributes left to the memorial with notable gold or silver value have been stolen.   Somehow the thieves can elude the guards stationed at the memorial, continuing to steal valuables, and our investigations have not turned up any results.
