If you Marry an all Powerful Wizard
If you marry an “all-powerful” wizard, he’s going to try and protect you.
And when he protects you, he’ll probably give you an enchanted ring.
And that ring will tell him if you’re ever in danger.
Then if you ever challenge him to a duel, he’ll accidentally lose control.
And when he loses control, you might lose your legs, which he will probably immediately heal.
He will probably stand there with his arms wide open and tell you to hit him with your most powerful attack.
And when you do, he will probably stand there and laugh.
And then he’ll insist on training you in the arcane arts starting bright and early the next day.
He might get a bit carried away and inspect every spell in your spellbook, insisting on specific spells along the way.
And when you decide to go out and test your abilities, he’ll probably sit there and worry about you, even threaten your friends.
You’ll have to accept his overprotective nature, with a smile and a nod.
He’ll intimidate, persuade, and even compel if he can. He’ll probably even polymorph a few.
So you’ll have to have a mage hand ready, to catch your friends at a moment’s notice.
And when you do, he’ll ask them to make specific sounds before he releases the spell.
So your friends will cluck and moo and bay. And he’ll laugh.
And your friend will laugh. And you’ll laugh.
And one day he’ll duel some of his “all-powerful” friends to see who is the best.
And the chance is you’re going to try and protect him.
So you’ll stock up on potions and other healing items for those moments when he is in danger.
