Dr. Isaac Thorne
Mad Scientist and Former Government Researcher.
He became obsessed with finding a way to create the ultimate weapon against chaos, madness, and destruction. After many failed attempts he currently believes that the key to unlocking this weapon lies in the study of the human mind. As such he is responsible for hiring individuals to abduct people from Hollowbury to use as test subjects in his underground experiments.
He is ruthless and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal, including sacrificing children.
