Amulet of Brilea

This amulet was found on the coast outside of the city of Bomor in the year of 150 CE.
Said to have been worn by the first water elemental Brilea of Oniond, the amulet allows the wearer to breathe underwater, and grants a swimming speed equal to that of one's walking speed. The amulet also allows the wearer to read any writing underwater.
It is believed that this amulet was passed on to Brilea's successor Marilla and eventually lost to the land dwelling world.
