Tombstone

A dwarf planet located out beyond the final gas giant in Gateway System, Tombstone is an icy world home to the Indefinite Isolation Facility, a Star Patrol installation to quarantine expedition members returning from Claver space infected with dangerous agents which cannot be cured or neutralized. These people are put into indefinite stasis in a time dilation field in the hopes that one day they can be helped, and their ships left in orbit of Tombstone or destroyed by crashing them into its surface. To prevent these dangers from spreading, no one who arrives there is allowed to leave.
