The Magicae Potens Council is the governing body of the magical community, which operates and governs, magical practice. The council is made up of five circles of ordinance known as an order. The council is lead by The Worshipful, Right Honourable President, Chair & Grand Supreme Justice of Magic & Arcane.

The Five Circles

The five circles of the order represent the expansion of knowledge and growth. Knowledge and the pursuit of knowledge is expansive, meaning the more you know, the more there is to know. Thusly, knowledge and its pursuit is constant and reiterative. This is represented in the order as circles to demonstrate the connectivity of knowledge and the continuous pursuit.
The circles, each an order, regress from five to four and eventually onto one, which represents the level of seniority, knowledge, influence and power rather than increasing as some might commonly expect. The reason for the circles starting at five and regressing to one returns to the concept of knowledge and its pursuit. As we grow, our knowledge becomes richer, established from depth. Therefore as knowledge grows and experience increase, in turn, we establish a lower level of granularity, gaining knowledge and wisdom, known as gaining a specialism.
Each circle is known as an order, with each circle being an entity of the entire hierarchy. The term 'order' is used interchangeably to refer to a single entity and the broader organisation. i.e. the 1st order of Magic, the 2nd order of Magic, all of which are orders within the more general order of Magic overseen by Magicae Potens Council.

• Individuals from the fifth order are commonly students studying at one of the numerous magical institutions within the Magicae Potens Council remit. Members of the fifth circle are beginning their journey to discover the arcane arts. Therefore, they are the lowest-ranking members of the order—however, this is where everyone starts to establish the fundamentals of magic.


• Members of the fourth Circle are establishing breadth of knowledge. Building upon the foundations, commonly a member of the fourth circle are senior students at one of the magical institutions; however, not always as each circle requires the initiate/applicant to pass a series of tests, which increase in difficulty exponentially per level of the order.


• Members of the 3rd circle are establishing depth rather than breath prior established during the 5th and 4th circles; therefore, members of the 3rd order begin to specialise. Progression from the 4th to 3rd order is a high-threshold test that stringent assess the breadth of knowledge to ensure the enablement of depth. Due to the rigorous assessment, many will not progress to the 3rd order.


• Only 5% of members of the 3rd Order will ever progress to the 2nd order. Members of the 2nd order are officials and governors of the magical/arcane arts; therefore will hold an office such as; Principle of a magical institute. Members of the 2nd order have seniority within the order presiding over judicial matters as the senior justice.


• Less than 1% of the 2nd order will progress to the 1st order, representing the most senior, influential, powerful and knowledgable members of the magical community. Members of the 1st order will hold the highest offices globally, such as; leading the entire order of magic, i.e. The Worshipful, Right Honourable President, Chair & Grand Supreme Justice of Magic & Arcane. To become a member of the 1st order, you must be blessed by Ulva - The Elder Titan God of Etherical & Mancy. .
• Members of the 1st order carry such seniority that most rulers of kingdoms will bow as a sign of respect
