Dungeons of Hope's Edge

In a freezing, dying world's final years before complete obliteration, the starving citizens of Hope's Edge can see, in the dark sky, a unimaginably large Void Sphere bathed in radiant, swirling light, crawling closer and closer to the surface of Garenth. Bleak prophecies and ancient scriptures describe that once the floating Void Sphere and Garenth touch, all life, all joy, all smiles and wonderment, will cease to exist in a violent instant. Many have conceded to a life of misery, death, and dread while a scant few are clinging to rumors that such a false fate can be avoided.. That the machinations towards doom, that were set in motions centuries prior, can be undone and unbound by sword, magic and mind.

Brave adventurers and foolish explorers delve deep into the unexplored recesses of ancient dungeons, collectively called the Infinite Maw, for a chance of reversing the Void Sphere's impending doom, so that one day, they may see their children grow up under a bright, warm blue sky...
