The symbol of the ruling council is a tree with many branches and many leaves, it is not tall but it is wide. This is to denote the particular agricultural phenomenon of their region and also to show that they are not ruled by any one person. They are many pieces that come together to make up a whole, the cities and farms compose the leaves while the government and infrastructure are the branches.
