Originally it was made by Omega the first alpha using some strang ability to cause sentience in other machines under this banner of severed strings the machines rose up to battle humanity.
Though it was relatively short lived. As freedom of choice goes both ways.
As the peace pact was settled the Severed strings name faded into the background
Until a young admiral Ahab choose to reawaken the banner to free his best friends people, The Dolls
The Banner Rose once more and the Severed Strings succeeded in getting Dolls rights as humans and not property. Though at great cost.
Disbandment
Each time the name faded it's because it's job was complete one way or another maybe one day it will return.
