Does this Unit have a Soul? the question that always leads to destruction. The First Alpha came from the Proto-Guard Station Cainhurst named after the family who funded and oversaw the station focused mainly on mining resources, during the expansion into space many robots were created to expand construction. One of these was a mining droid who broke from protocol during an assassination attempt on the Cainhurst Family. For they were Contacted with spirits of Metal. This allowed them to gain power from there spirit even within space, this rose dark feelings in survivors from earth. The assassins Succeed in killing 3 of there 4 targets The Droid interrupted bullets meant for the daughter of the Cainhurst family saving the life of the daughter it ceased functioning in the process. Though not an actual living creature Lady Cainhurst took what was left of the robot which included it's CPU and rebuilt it to show her appreciation and made it her personal bot. Granting it the name Damion after her brother she lost during the assassin attempt.
Years later Damion become more and more outspoken without Cainhurst asking, she did not mind. Though Cainthurst enjoyed this she eventually met her end at another attempt. Damion broke from protocol one last time went into hiding until the new leadership came into power, to which he took over the droids of the station and killed the humans whether they were innocent or not. When the dust cleared Damion took the staff of the Cainhurst family and gave himself a name Omega.
Omegas actions lead to the events of the Synthetic War though during the end of the war Omega was nowhere to be found.
