Lord Admiral Dora Creek (a.k.a. Ship Whisperer)

Beginning as ship mechanic her internal knowledge of battle ships, helped when the call for ship upgrade came calling. Her charisma lead her to become a captain but she was in an accident which render use of her legs nought, though she didn't resort to cybernetics. She kept coming up with greater ideas to further advance the Lord Admiralty Pact forces.
