The Float - Scholar Report
Old records already talked about the Float's existence. The writers lamented their lack of ability to approach, as the rubble could easily sink whatever boats they could get their hands on. With all sturdy ships washed away and most wrecked into the Float, there was no way for them to cope. Cargo manifests were incomplete, but it seems there should be several documents and important materials within the wrecked ships. Unfortunately the area has greatly expanded since, meaning even a ship couldn't get us close anymore. One would have to navigate the rotten maze of trees and rubble to reach the shipwrecks.
