Mountain Fort - Knight Report
The challenge in front of us appeared daunting at first. Knowing over a thousand people were coming, most of them refugees, meant we had to make a safe haven and get ready to farm. And then we arrived at this fort, the area already scouted and cleared by the Hollowguard. We wept. Almost a month later, I can confirm that each tear of joy was well deserved. The fort has been restored quite nicely, allowing us to oversee both the mountain pass and the high plains. We can sound horns when terror birds are noticed, send out cavalry to investigate what looks like sneaky wolves, store food, welcome merchants, create equipment. We can feed the refugees and build up our supplies. Now it is time to begin exploring the valley.
