Mekti

A wandering ranger who often earns her money hunting bounties. Violently. Occasionally she taunts one of her targets so that they resist and she has an excuse to use force to bring them in. There also are rumours that she can be hired as a killer, though there obviously is no evidence to those claims.
Mekti usually works alone, partially due to her violent attitude chasing people off, partially by choice. Of course she claims it is entirely by her own choice. Most other bounty hunters dislike teaming up with her. Quite frankly, the ones that don't are as problematic as Mekti is.
That said, she does self-reflect on her failures, and quite harshly at that. It's just that she doesn't consider excessive force a failure, as long as she still brings her target in alive.

Mekti's weapon of choice is a piercing longbow typical to many hobgoblins, which allows her to smash through shields and barricades. In closer range, she wields a spetum, a spear designed to allow for hindering targets.

Mental

She strives to become more stronger, though exactly why is unclear. The occasional drunken rant suggests that she intends to somehow become a stronger being that transcends her physical limits. Whether she means that literally or metaphorically, no idea.
