Vadi Rovente

Ervenian Era, 1051 AB
Vadi Rovente is one of two major wadis in the Ciuri Desert. It is wider and shallower than Vadi Arido, and notorious for lacking shade; it flows during Lord's Wrath (Bazingadil, in the Ervenian Calendar).   The wadi is home for major shale and gypsum mining operations, usually performed by chain gangs.
