Telarion Ithildar
Ervenian Era, 1051 AB
Telarion Ithildar, which is known as Weaving the Roots of the Starlight in Or Quesir, is an ancient and sacred wood elven ritual that allows the people of The Sylvan Kingdom of Eryndor to draw materials—wood, sap, or other resources—from trees without cutting them down or inflicting permanent harm. The ritual is a blend of Druidic Magic and Feywild essence and Divine, passed down from the first elves who emerged from the Feywild into Eryndor’s forests.

The Process
Communion with the Tree Spirits
The ritual begins with the Elves(species:477ce488-63de-4c59-b345-8d410ba0b957) (Or [Fey) approaching the tree with reverence. They perform a chant in the Drueidan and Or Quesir, invoking the spirit of the tree and the Feywild. This chant is known as the "Nimloth Saelvar" .Drawing from the Feywild's Power
The elves performing the ritual must enter a trance-like state, bridging their consciousness with the Feywild. This connection allows the tree’s spirit to communicate its willingness to give resources and ensures no harm is done.Magical Growth
Using magic imbued by the Feywild, the tree’s essence is gently coaxed to grow what the elves need. For example:- A branch might grow longer and straighter for a bow.
- Sap might flow freely into a container for medicinal or crafting purposes.
- Leaves or bark might regenerate faster than normal after being carefully harvested.
Gift of Reciprocity
As part of the ritual, the elves offer something back to the tree. This could be nourishment from enchanted waters, Feywild-infused soil, or a blessing of protection.Mark of Balance
After the ritual, the tree often displays a small, magical mark—glowing faintly in silver or green—that indicates it has been part of the Telarion Ithildar. This mark signifies that the tree is under the protection of the wood elves and should not be harmed by any creature.
