Tainted Wilds of Tidrithgar

The Tainted Wilds of Tidrithgar, once a fertile and thriving region known as Tidrithgar, has since been reduced to a land of corruption and desolation under the rule of the Mire of Otterbel.
As the Mire of Otterbel holds dominion over the Tainted Wilds, and its ruler, a fiendish entity of great power - commands the forces that infest the land. While other nations on the continent view the Tainted Wilds as a cursed, dangerous place, the Mire seeks to expand its influence and further corrupt the surrounding lands.
Inhabitants
The Tainted Wilds are home to a diverse and strange collection of creatures, many of whom have been twisted by the darkness of the Mire. The Main majority are demonic forces rule much of the land and other planar horrors, though fey creatures, once benign, have now become corrupted into malevolent spirits. Among the native inhabitants are: Fiendish cultists, Fey-turned-Fiends, Wretched Undeads and Dark beasts, with Terror Beasts aswell.Geography
Located deep within a vast swamp, bordered by the mournful, darkened waters of the Yazorn River, the land is plagued by unrelenting storms and festering marshlands. Twisted trees, blackened rivers, and ash-filled skies make it a region of endless suffering and decay.
Some remnants of the once-green forests remain, though they are now twisted by the plague that has corrupted the land. The Whispering Fen, a haunted swamp where the trees appear to murmur in ancient tongues, is infamous among those who dare enter the Wilds. The Wraithwood is an overgrown forest filled with sentient, gnarled roots that hunger for the souls of the living.

The seat of power for the Mire of Otterbel. Once an ancient capital of the ancient kingdom of Otterbel, it now sits as a twisted ruin, overtaken by dark rituals and inhabited by fiends and cultists who owe their allegiance to the Mire of Otterbel Demons.The Thornmarch
A cursed plain of bone and blackened earth, where remnants of the land's lost glory can be found. Warlike bandits and fiendish raiders haunt the desolate places, seeking to claim the land for their own purposes.The Drowned Tombs
A submerged necropolis at the heart of the Wilds. Long forgotten by history, this labyrinthine complex holds the key to unraveling the truth behind the region's fall, but those who enter rarely return.The Shattered Spire
A collapsed tower, half-sunk into the swamp, where dark sorcery once flourished. Now it serves as a hub for occultists and corrupt spellcasters, studying forbidden lore and experimenting with unholy forces.History
Once a vibrant land known for its ancient woods and strong ties to Druidic Magic , Tidrithgar fell into ruin after the arrival of the Demons, where were led by knights of The Yirrithis Brotherhood.
Despite valiant efforts from those who sought to preserve its ancient ways, the corruptive influence of the Mire spread like wildfire, tainting everything it touched.
For centuries, Tidrithgar was known as a thriving kingdom, with powerful druids and fey creatures who safeguarded the land's delicate balance. But with the arrival of the forces of Otterbel and their unholy rituals, Tidrithgar became the Tainted Wilds, a place where the spirit of the land itself has been twisted and broken.
The once-noble rulers of Tidrithgar have been replaced by Demonlords and Fiendish Overseers who rule with an iron fist, forcing the remaining few survivors into servitude and worship of dark forces. The few who resist are either enslaved or hunted down like wild beasts.
