Session Report - Ashes to Ashes Locusts to Dusts

General Summary

Swimming against the current

Shortly after the departure of their friend Eli Teordach, the rest of theImagine Dragonborns continued their endeavor to smoke out Sgiathbiastag, one of the leaders of the Circle of the Locust, from his hiding spot, inside the cavern dug underneath Eadeáin's and the Circle of the Locust cooperation site.

Night shift, Walls shift, Scene shift

Lomer volunteers to keep watch while the others will sleep and recoup, as it will take some time for the enemy to understand that it also has time to recoup. After two hours Zigi joins Lomer, and an uneventful shift ends.

As the party wakes up, they see Sgiathbiastag crawling on all four inside his little cavern, and decides to engage him head on, again.
Sgiathbiastag was ready for the synchronized barrage that dealt heavy damage by Grisha Zemekis and Vamos, and blocked the tunnel leading into his crawl space once again, the party able to pass through a crack in the wall and attack him again, and so again he blocks the path with walls he casts.

After pummeling the walls inside the crawl space, not big enough to even be called a room, or a mere nook, four great swarms of abnormal locusts start to attack the party, trying, and sometimes succeeding crawling under the skin of the party, burrowing into their flesh and bones.

Vamos burning through the locusts, waves after waves, until it decides to turn into its humanoid form again, only to be combust by Vamos and smitten by Lomer, also hitting him and breaking through his exoskeleton with his divine enhancements and doing so, whilst accomplishing a task the party was sent to complete, also being hit by the acidic ichor bursting from the carcass, Zaragon decided also to hit the carcass to make sure no locusts swarm are left inside of it, only to be hit by a massive splash of acidic ichor, fainting in the process, only to be healed by Lomer moments after.

The party decides to pack up the carcass and show it as a proof of their enactment, when the right time comes.

Retribution agent

Kilian reminds the party that they agreed to take him to a village near the end of the Teordachian brush and in return he will get information from his grandfather regarding those who are responsible the fall of Tobar na Draíochta
