Session 86 - Apples and Butter

General Summary

The stars and the Seas meet, at last

After we finished our chat with Syncol, he made an ultimatum for the Horizon breakers, either they join his red shirted vigil or they will join the Morning Stars.
The Horizon breakers captain, Henry, Decided for them to join the Morning Stars, and the stars agreed, as the pirate seems to be able to hold on his own.
We also asked Syncol if he knows where the prince of Keatis might be, he told us that there might be people that can help us up north, to try to locate prince William, and gives us their location near the new northern kingdom that was created not so long ago.
After Henry agrees to Syncol's ultimatum we get to meet Henry's pirate crew and their broken ship. The Horizon Breakers Pirate Crew decide to split ways for now while some will fix their ship Breakthrough Horizon, and Henry and another crew member will come with us.

7. The One of a Kind Max Atlas, the Barbarian goliath.

Max Atlas will be the crewmate that will join us, He is somewhat quirky with his algea face hair, not intimidating albeit his 9''1ft stature and the fact that he is made of refined muscle.

Farewell to the Sea People

After departing with the sea elves, they mentioned they were spying on the Kadian Dominion and calculating their sea voyage and how they were doing it. Apparently, they were doing it by navigating with the Stars - Knowledge they said they would divulge to 'interested parties' as if inviting us to 'trade' - I didn't quite understand that.

Little town full of little people, waking up to say: 5 gp

The new party decides to go northwards, as a part of their quest to locate William Keatison, Friedrich cuts his hair and beard so it will be harder for people on the journey to recognize him.
In the very first leg of their venture they decide to travel by two three horses and one hypogriff. The part of the party that were on the ground and not flying around find a river, and rafter that helps to traverse the river, the rafter asks the group if they are willing to pay 5 gp so he will help them to cross it, Friedrich almost losing his temper decides to cross the river with the rest of the party with divine means instead of paying the rafter the hefty sum.
After crossing this river a nearby small village low level cleric of Nymm asks for help from the water walking adventurers.
The group decides to try to gain influence and information from Roseries Village inhabitants, Roger donates 5gp to the village and sponsers a local kid and gives him a knife and a promise that he will know if someone had hurt him. Max Atlas cuts trees for them, Henry mingles and gathers information skillfully and Friedrich heals a leper and talk with the clerics.

After helping the village, the village asked for the party name so they will honor them, the party has decided to give themselves a new psuedoname - Tidebreakers, the villagepeople gift the party apples and butter and an appreciation card for their help.

Splitting the party once more, cabin or cavern

The group venture northwards from the village, towards Exinlua and meet two guards who asks for their identites and help, the party says they need help healing their party cleric that became a leper. The guards tell the party about a nearby shack where a cleric used to live, and that there is trouble there, they also ask for help as three of their compatriots have been lost, Roger Lavgod and Remus suspect their dissapearnce is connected to goblins and decide to go look for them, mainly to kill as many goblins as they can.

Cavern it is!

They meet a dozen or more people, with them, the three soldiers, drugged and dumbed down, picking flowers for their mysterious "beloved mistress", Roger Lavgod follows them to meet this "loveable" persona, into a cave, filled with drugs that lower his guards, he meets this mysterious lady, and falls into her charm as his fellow men.
Roger Lavgod is sucked dry of information by her, and happily leaves to tell the other party members that came with him of the love of his life that he just found in the cave.
Henry and Remus enter the cave with Roger almost falling in the unnatural charm of the lady, and after some fights between themselves, and a quick fight with her, they try to craft an agreement with her, after their earlier violence, Henry that sees that the agreement isnt being drafted starts to leave the part of the cave the trio had went to find her after her try to escape the fight with them and her entranced men.
She escapes, without telling us her name or her intrests.

Cabin it is!

Avaras , Friedrich and Max Atlas spy the cabin from afar using Clairvoyance, they locate bones and a broken holy symbol within the cabin, and also a good looking female wearing strings and not much more, praying in Bafigronish.
They knock on the cabin door and asks the lady to open, when she opens, the interior seems different to what it had seemed like in they previous spying attempts, Friedrich tells her that he senses bones that need to be brought to rest, and as a cleric of Soryna he has to do so himself, she lets him enter to take the bones of the what had been a cleric of She'eros, Friedrich buries the bones in stone and a ghastly figure becomes from thin air and gives him a sword containing a last relic of what have been the cleric.
After the memorial service, the lady asks the trio to join her in the cabin.
