Panta's Courtesans Guild

Panta's Courtesans Guild is one of the monopolized guilds in the Twin City of Panta. It is considered to be one of the two most powerful guilds in the city, together with Panta's Innkeepers Guild. Despite being a monopolized guild, only 45% of registered Pantani courtesans are guild members; most other registered courtesan are allowed to form local trade unions within their brothels due to a legal exemption.

In a city as cosmopolitan as Panta, the demand for courtesans of all sorts is high. Traders, adventurers, diplomats, and officials make up a noteworthy portion of the clientele; this gives the courtesans and their madams power by association, whether through favors, friendships, or blackmail.
