Hiprotipoli is the capital of Lustiris and one of the first Human cities on Epeoris. Hiprotipoli is the second most politically influential city in the Yokun Empire, rivaled only by the imperial capital of Sharakzizir. As the King of Lustiris holds formal precedence over nearly all advisors in The Iron Council, the city is a power center where major, empire-shaping, decisions are made.

Forum of Kings
The Forum of Kings is a vast marble plaza which houses statues of the past kings of Lustiris, each exactly 1.5 times taller than the king was in life. Beneath every figure is an engraved record of their reign—their triumphs, their defeats, and the oath they swore upon their coronation. The statue of Petvqar Catarov, the first king of Lustiris, stands twice as tall as the others, or three times as tall as Petvqar himself was.
