The Emir El-Hilal is the interim leader of the Emirate of Al Mdiya.

Accoutrements & Equipment

The most famous and powerful item possessed by the emir is the double-bladed scimitar known as Sahif-Altwa'am. This artifact was forged by Elmae and given as a gift to the Crescent Elves. The current emir, Khelvan El-Mubariz, was chosen as its wielder as he was leading the elves' defensive military campaign.
