Dobrybeet

The dobrytbeet is a plant with a high concetration of sugar in its roots and stem. It is known for being one of the two types of beets used in the making of Burakwino. Together with other beet cultivars such as rootbeet and beetroot, it is a variant of Beta vulgaris.

Uses, Products & Exploitation

Dobrybeet is a staple in traditional Waleapian and Keatisi cuisine. It is sometimes also hanged to dry, and then crushed to be used as a sweetener.
