Burakwino

Ervenian Era, 1051 AB
The Burakwino is an alcoholic beverage crafted and governed by the Smokaczny region in Waleapia. Well known for its fruity aromas and deep orange shades.   Burakwino of the highest tier of quality is also known as szkarłatwino, for its distinct crimson color.
The western part of Smokaczny region is where the majority of the Waleapian beets are grown.

Manufacturing process

The hefty carboys are put in warm straw shacks for a short while to ferment and then the liquids are mixed and sieved into medium sized barrels made of wood.   The barrels are put into damp cellars to age, time depending on the type of Burakwino.   The liquid is then bottled into a flat square based oval shaped white stained-glass bottles.

Raw materials & Components
In order to fabricate this sugary concoction, the Waleapians use two types of their locally grown beets, Dobrybeet and Rootbeet with wheat grains and grape mush.
Tools
Glass carboyes, wood barrels, fine sieve, any heat source capable of heating tuns of the Burakwino pre-fermented pre-aged liquid named "Burakpapka".
