Travel- Fly

This allows the character to travel through the sky. The character may not take other actions while using this skill unless explicitly allowed by another effect. The character must land to take any ATTACK action. Landing may be done as part of the character’s move.

Free Effect(s)

  • Automatically OVERCOME obstacles while Fly is active if that act of Flying would eliminate or bypass the obstacle.
  • While Flying, you may take an Action to become WARDED TO MELEE AND RANGED ATTACKS from the land. You may no longer interact with the Scene while WARDED. You may end the WARD using an Action.
  • You can use your action to CREATE AN ADVANTAGE while Fly is active such as High Ground or Fly By.

Energy Effect(s)

  • BONUS 1 zone movement per action through the sky without a check for the Scene.
  • NEGATE Falling Effects.

Mana Effect(s)

  • GROUP FLY- Take a group of five others with you when you Fly.

Epic Effect

  • SWIFT FLY- You are not targetable by Melee and Range effects in the first action of the Fly and you may immediately leave the area unless there is an Effect or Obstruction preventing it. You may travel to any locale within a day’s travel (about 16 Imperial Leagues by flight) within an hour.
