Lord Justinius

Lord Justinius is a human man who remains in his prime despite his centuries of service, thanks to his devotion to the Heart. By all reports, he is a kind and amiable man. Lord Justinius has served the Heart on Koth, Kentogen, Pan Orda, Mindor and Haelos. Some say that he has traversed to the Ascendancies, Otherworld and the deeps of Tal’shal’loth itself. Lord Justinius came to Haelos long before it was made into a proper colony of Koth with the first missionaries of the House of the Healing Heart. Before coming to Haelos, Justinius served the Light when the colony was first announced is said to have handpicked the High Matriarch for her posting.
