  • OVERCOME Social Aspects and Obstacles with (2 Stress).

Expert

Free Effect(s)

  • You can use any known Expert effect that has been marked with a Social Minor Milestone in a Social Conflict by spending the appropriate resource.

Energy Effect(s)

  • OVERCOME Social Aspects and Obstacles (3 Stress).
  • As a Reaction, spend an Energy to increase the Stress of an ally’s successful argument to the same as your skill.

Mana Effect(s)

  • SEAL THE DEAL- Add 4 Stress to a Social Conflict without needing to tag any Motivation if it would end the Conflict.
  • ELOQUENCE- While FOCUS is marked, when you or an ally tag a Motivation within the Scene it counts as 2 Successes.
  • REQUEST AUDIENCE- If you can communication with any subordinate of a Named Character, you will be granted an audience under Guest Right. The audience occurs when narratively possible.
  • PARLAY- Your words stave off combat while you and your companions are conducting a negotiation in good faith, and you have not offended your opponent since the announcement. This may be used to halt a combat that is underway. Misusing this ability places a DEATH SCAR RESTRICTION ON PARLAY.

Master

Free Effect(s)

  • You can use any known Master effect that has been marked with a Social Minor Milestone in a Social Conflict by spending the appropriate resource.

Energy Effect(s)

  • Create a new Serious Incentive for the Target for the Scene. If the target refuses a specific Incentive the character continues to name new Incentives until one is accepted. This cannot be used more than once a Scene.
  • Gain a Boost and CREATE AN ADVANTAGE with 2 free Invokes.
Minor Milestone Expansion: The character may mark other skills allowing the character to use them in social situations or deliver them through their Approaches as attacks with the Discipline of Persuasion.
