Description: Turns a small piece of coal or other flammable material into a clip of magical ammunition. These last as long as the spell pool is pledged.
If the amount of successes rolled is below the Magnitude, then the damage is reduced by the number of successes missing.
Increasing the Magnitude by 1 increases the lingering damage by 1.
