Description: Allows the reduction of the Agility attribute of a target by 1 per pool pledged, to a minimum of 1.
The spellcasting check goes against Skepticism. Every bonus success reduces the Agility of the target by 1, down to a minimum of 1. The total reduction may not exceed the magnitude of the spell.
The spell lasts as long as the pool is pledged.
