This terrifying spell will force all within earshot to obey the caster. A mage who tells a crowd to kill each other can destroy an entire room full of people with a single spell. There's a reason binders are outlawed in most parts of the sector.
This spell functions as Command, but for a group of people, up to the caster's magic * 10.
