Description:
The caster may spend HP or Spellpool up to their magic to heal a target by 3 HP per HP and SP spent.
After using HP for the spell the caster themselves cannot be healed by Soul Resurgence or Demonic Resurgence for a day.
Valid targets are Demotech objects, Demons and Void Aspected Creatures.
