Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Small and lithe in shape; similar to that of a dancer or an acrobat.
Body Features
In his kitsune form, he has a fluffed out coat of fur, but not enough to be shedding every minute. his ears are medium in size, and his tail is long enough to lay against the ground when crouching.
Facial Features
In his human form, his eyes are fox-like; pupils are vertically-slit, but more rounded than his kitsune form.
Identifying Characteristics
In both human and kitsune forms, he bears fuchsia markings (lighter in his human form they are:
a narrow strip down the bridge of his nose/snout, an arc encompassing his lower eyelids, one small spot on the corner of the inner eyebrows, the tips of his ear, and a small upwards curving spot on the corners of his mouth.
Special abilities
Create very minor fox-fires, and shape shift between kitsune and any male human form.
Apparel & Accessories
His bard attire is a large soft pink shawl, wrapped around him in a slant that covers half of his torso, and is tucked under a Nalendi leather belt; the shawl flairs out behind him to form a cape of sorts, and he under, he wears a spandex sleeveless turtleneck, harem pants, ankle sleeves, and archery sleeves. For armor, he wears arm guards, greaves, tassets, and a single pauldron. Aside from this, he wears two small jade earrings.
Specialized Equipment
Can play the flute, ocarina/tsuchibue, trumpet, koto, rebec, and psaltery. Can make a mean braid.

Bisexual with no distinct preference aside from "women that could sing with him" and "men that could crush him." Literally no real sexual experience as he's usually too flustered to let things progress too far too quick.

Kamino:
Taught in prayer to Lady Daikitsu and her teachings, the basics of hunting, and Nejibana-Kamino culture. Learned the terrain of the tribal grounds, and the beginnings of whistling and the tsuchibue.

There is no point of living if no one thinks you should be. If you can help someone in a desperate situation, you should. Most problems can be solved through a mutual understanding to either talk or beating the sense into someone else. Love can give the weakest man the power of a god. Family Ties
A child of the Nejibana's Kamino Faction; was considered to be of high status, being born from High Priestess Haki and Diviner Aozu, and younger brother to the greatly revered Kaichi. However, breaking the Human Contact taboo cut all of those ties - Kyofu is a dead child to them.
Religious Views
Believes in the existence and power of Lady Daikitsu; ingrained into him since birth, but is also lost in his belief due to the constant tie it has with his past trauma - in other words, a firm believer but not a devout follower.
He sees Daikitsu as an entirely neutral entity, a goddess who is unlikely to give him any time or care, so he simply carries on through his own life, making sure to never disrespect her will. He is enraptured by the legends of Nine-tailed Kitsune, reminding him of the sister he admired, but also of the glory that are those who achieve Enlightenment.

Fantastic in large/public groups, and terrible in one-on-ones and smaller groups.
Simply put, a person with social anxiety who is very conscious of social cues. He is able to pick up the signals of how to react in social settings and even individual talks, but he steadily gets more nervous and awkward when there is no clear "preferred choice" given off from the other person.
This is why he is able to be a bard/performer in Daboecia and yet have very surface-level relationships with most of the people he's met; an awkward bard who is very clever in deception.

Self:
Whistles tunes absentmindedly, walks with a hop in his step when happy, fiddles with his braid/bead when nervous, subconsciously traces his eye-markings to calm down.

Mimics the sound of things he hears, tends to look towards the sky (and ends up almost tripping), likes to pick at petals and shrubs.

Will try to compliment fighting styles rather than solo, chatter about anything to fill silences, headbutt friends lightly/poke their nose as a way to show affection (a Nejibana mannerism learned during his time near Yoma in Vidali).

No pets that he kept, but he would frequently interact and try to attract the fox sparrows(Whistling Maidens) in the local region of Daboecia; he would often make trips to the woods simply to watch and sing alongside them.

Sets a lot of opinions as if they were questions with obvious answers (ex: "Well, that would be despicable of one to do, no?"), and frequently laughs as a fail-safe in conversations - to ease tensions, hide his nervousness, or to simply seem more amicable (ex: "Hah, don't you fret, I'll be a tick at your side before the day ends.").
Speaks with a slight lilt and drawl when he speaks. Stutters and becomes less coherent when put on the spot by someone he knows or someone that knows.
Generally, pleasant in conversation and holds a tone of voice that leans towards a charming flirt.

Due to being the adopted son of an infamous mercenary/professional hunter and a travelling merchant, he was raised comfortably, but was also not spoiled by his parents; he was taught to make his own earnings and would only be given a starting amount to teach him the importance of money. He earned enough with his performances and minor quests to afford his necessities and a few extras.
