A temporal hourglass is an hourglass made with sands of tempor, sand that has been taken from or passed through the elemental plane of time, Tempor. The hourglass, when flipped, will slow time for the person who flipped the hourglass - just until the sand runs out. This allows the person who used the hourglass to get more done in a short span of time. However, it can only be used once by a person. Once it has been used, it acts as a normal hourglass for anyone who has already used the hourglass. Strangely, this works for both the past and the future. A person who has used the hourglass in the future may not be able to flip it up until the time that they have already used it.
