All entities affiliated with the Fundamental Circle of Aether, henceforth referred to as the circle, under the order of the Cobalt Sun in any form will be subject to the following rules and requirements in all use in an official capacity of Orange Magic. Orange Magic is here defined as magic sourced from or interfering with any of the six Elemental Planes. Spellcaster is here defined as any person, entity, or organisation using Orange Magic to any extent.

Article 1: Appropriate Use of Orange Magic

Section a. Any use of Orange Magic in a professional capacity must be reported to any overseeing organisations as well as to the circle.
Section b. Any use of Orange Magic in a personal capacity must not be performed on any private or personal property not owned by the spellcaster in question, unless otherwise permitted by the owner of said private or personal property.
Section c. All spellcasters must remain truthful about their use of Orange Magic to any inquiring entities.
Section d. Any independent spellcaster providing goods and/or services involving Orange Magic must disclose the use of Orange Magic in their practices to any prospective customer before any goods or services are rendered.

Article 2: University Conduct Regarding the Use of Orange Magic

Section a. Any university that wishes to teach Orange Magic must go over in every relevant course the ethical limitations of Orange Magic and the guidelines established in this document.
Section b. Any university sponsoring students in the use of Orange Magic in a competitive setting must inform any potential opponents beforehand of the use of Orange Magic. Section c. Any university wishing to provide funding to any research regarding Orange Magic must approve this funding with the circle.

Article 3: Restrictions on Research Involving Orange Magic

Section a. All research involving Orange Magic must disclose the use of Orange Magic to any potential participants at the conclusion of the research.

Article 4: The Use of Gold Magic in an Industrial Setting

Section a. Any establishments hiring members of the circle for purposes involving Orange Magic must disclose the use of Orange Magic to any involved or affected parties.
Section b. Any establishments providing goods and/or services involving Orange Magic must disclose the use of Orange Magic in their practices to any prospective customer before any goods or services are rendered.
