Hermit Pig Will Become the Fly Lord

It is a well accepted fact that all manner of beast and fowl were once able to talk. That is, of course, until they angered the gods with their collective arrogance and had that ability taken away from them. Despite that, there is still a myth about a Pig that will gain the collective intelligence of all the pigs and will use that to strike back at the biting horsefly that plague the creature in our current day farms.
It is said this pig will be very learned and wise. That will be able to learn many industries. They are said to have brought glass blowing to the human tribes and were often seen wearing glasses to keep their vision sharp to protect them from predators.
There was a time when all the pig nations were in a constant state of fighting. Even when alliances were formed it was a matter of when, not if, they were to betray one another. The intense hostility and paranoia spread a perversive culture amongst all the tribes.
Until a soothsayer began spreading the word of Piggy - the one who will bring balance to the land and banish the hated biting fly that the swamp was lousy with. If there was such a pig then that great deed would be enough to convince the town elders of all the groups to unite under one banner so they could focus on greater threats to their people's safety.
And thus will be born, The Lord of the Flies. It will be outsider from a distant land or remote island. But who knows when? Since the time of the myth's beginning pigs have lost their position in the world, resorting to being foragers or being grown for feed on human farms. Ah, so perhaps Piggy will do more than banish the biting fly...
